In Harm's Way: Suicide and Its Impact on Our Communities

Suicide is an epidemic in the United States. National and state experts provided information regarding causes and treatment strategies to address suicide. We covered a broad range of topics of interest to consumers, family members and providers.

This year we offered a one day Criminal Justice Symposium. This year’s symposium theme was “REVOLVING DOOR OR REINTEGRATION?” Help For Offenders with Mental Illness or Co-Occurring Disorders. The all day session, held on Thursday, October 28, 2004, was jointly sponsored by NAMI PA and the State Department of Corrections.
