and Awards

  • ART SHOW - All NAMI members are welcome to enter original artwork for the annual art show. Prizes will be awarded in the following categories. Please
    indicate the number of planned submissions in each category.
  • SCHOLARSHIPS - Scholarships cover conference registration expenses only. Meals are included in this fee. Hotel and travel expenses are the responsibility of the attendees.
    • All scholarship applicants are expected to seek assistance from other sources, including but not limited to affiliate funds, county funds, and personal resources.
    • Scholarship funds are limited; multiple applicants from the same family will be considered on a case by case basis.
    • Scholarship applicants must be members of NAMI Pennsylvania. You must submit affiliate information to verify membership.
    • All scholarship applications must be received no later than September 15, 2007.
      Notification regarding your request will be made in writing no later than September 30,
      2007.
    • Limited number of scholarships are available for persons who are deaf or hard of hearing or family members.
    • Submission of this form affirms that I understand the expectations and conditions of this
      scholarship application.
